Caviar & Bull is located in St.Georges Bay, St.Julians, and forms part of the Corinthia St.Georges resort. Operated solely by MG Group, Caviar & Bull boasts breathtaking views of the infamous St.Georges Bay and historic Dragonara casino. A unique location for such a fine dining experience.

The cuisine of Caviar & Bull can be described as Modern Mediterranean Cuisine, with a focus on style, luxury, finesse and chic feel to the ambience, produce and service provided. The menu has always been focused and oriented on high quality caviar and meats, including high grade beef from across the world. Caviar & Bull also boasts a specialisation in Molecular cocktails and Molecular gastronomy with regular features on the menus of molecular spherification in both cocktails and food. Our Michelin awarded talented team is seeking to recruit individuals who want to develop their skills in a restaurant where the avant garde is the expectation and where your development is our main driving force in continuing to develop new techniques to showcase to our patrons.

Barman

Bartenders work directly with customers by mixing and serving drink orders. Their responsibilities include knowing alcohol pairing and tastes, knowing how to make traditional and classy drinks, processing payments, managing inventory and cleaning bar supplies.

F&B Servers

Food and Beverage servers perform a variety of hospitality services within a restaurant. They take orders from customers, provide them with information on daily specials, deliver orders and ensure that every other aspect of customer service is covered so that customers are converted into patrons.

Host

Host/Hostess responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure.
